A La Carte Class Passes
For those not able to join us for the entire convention, single-day class passes are also available:
- Thursday Class Pass–Includes admission to your choice of four class sessions on Thursday, April 15.
Fee: $230 for 4 classes (8:30-5:30 p.m.)
- Friday Class Pass–Includes admission to your choice of five class sessions on Friday, April 16, plus the Deco-Twisting Jam Room from 7 p.m. to midnight Friday evening.
Fee: $315 for 5 classes (8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.) & Deco-Twisting Jam Room (7 p.m.-midnight)
- Saturday Class Pass–Includes admission to your choice of three class sessions on Saturday, April 17.
Fee: $175 for 3 classes (8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.)
NOTE: Event tickets, the Qualatex Plant Tour, and Hot Spot Sessions are not included in single-day class passes. Event tickets may be purchased separately as part of your registration.
A La Carte Event Tickets
A limited number of a la carte tickets for the Opening Night Theme Party and WBC Grand Gala are available for purchase. If any a la carte tickets are still available when the convention starts, they must be purchased at least two days in advance of the event and will be sold based on availability.
Unique E-mail Addresses
Each Full-package Delegate must register individually for the WBC with a unique
e-mail address. This feature will allow each person to automatically receive their personal discounts as well as customize their itinerary for the event!
If you don’t already have an individual e-mail address, you can easily get one for FREE. Just visit one of these popular Web sites and follow the instructions to set up a versatile account that you can access from any Web browser:
Select "Sign Up" or "Create New Account" on one of these sites and provide the necessary information (i.e., name, address, phone number, username, and password). You’ll also need to select a box that says you agree to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy if, of course, you do agree. Your e-mail account will be set up immediately after you verify all of your information.
Remember to send us an e-mail at info@WorldBalloonConvention.com to let us know about your new e-mail account. We’ll update our records and you’ll be set to register for this can’t-miss event!
Cancellations
If you must cancel your WBC registration, you will receive a refund minus a $50 service charge before March 31, 2010. Any cancellations after March 31 will be considered on an individual basis and may not qualify for a refund. To cancel your WBC registration, use the "Modify Your Registration" link in your confirmation e-mail, or contact us at info@WorldBalloonConvention.com or 800-743-9879 (316-685-2266 outside the USA). Competition entry fees are non-refundable.
*A ticket to the WBC Grand Gala and admission to the Qualatex Plant Tour is included only with proof of registration at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel (minimum four night stay required including Saturday night stay). Please check into the hotel first, then bring your proof of registration to the WBC Registration Desk to receive your Welcome Packet and event tickets. If you’re not staying at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, WBC Grand Gala tickets are available for $95 per person if purchased by April 1, 2010, or $110 after that date. The Qualatex Plant Tour is only available to Full-package Delegates staying at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel.
